Transitions Between Division levels and Schools

Elementary School -> Middle School

Elementary School -> Middle School

Elementary School -> Middle School


TIER 1 -  3 hours of in-person services + summary of findings


  • Analysis of school and independent reports completed during Elementary School to project current trajectory


  • Provide informal assessment of current academic and cognitive skills (critical thinking, deductive reasoning, inferential logic, and logical processing) 


  • Acknowledge areas of academic and personal strength with the child


  • Identify areas for academic and personal growth with the child


  • Discuss reasons behind struggles with child to validate their feelings


  • Discuss 2-3 year window of Middle School with focus on upcoming academic and behavioral challenges


  • Provide written summary and plan to address the roadblocks to academic and personal success






TIER 2 (Tier 1 + 4 additional in-person hours)


  • Beginning understanding of school website literacy


  • Establishment of a calendar system


  • Formulate school material management plan


  • Executive Functioning self- assessment to analyze Executive Functions within school and home settings, and identify strengths to build off of and weakness to address


  • Introduction to proper usage and potential hazards of Artificial Intelligence in schoolwork


  • Beginning self-advocacy skills with teachers and parents 







TIER 3 (Tier 1 & 2 + TBD amount of hours)


  • Tailor-made age and ability level appropriate curriculum and guidance that focuses on specific needs


  • Continued parent guidance and consultation

Middle School -> High School

Elementary School -> Middle School

Elementary School -> Middle School

  • Provide informal assessment of current academic and cognitive skills (critical thinking, deductive reasoning, inferential logic, and logical processing) 


  • Acknowledge areas of academic and personal strength with the child


  • Identify areas for academic and personal growth with the child


  • Discuss reasons behind struggles with child to validate their feelings


  • Discuss 4 year process of high school and the importance of the first 2 years of school versus the last 2 years


  • Provide written summary and plan to address the roadblocks to academic and personal success




TIER 2 (Tier 1 + 4 additional in-person hours)


  • ·Confirmation, establishment or adjustment of school materials management, calendar usage, and school website functions


  • Executive Functioning self- assessment to analyze Executive Functions within school and home settings, and identify strengths to build off of and weakness to address


  • Analysis of current skills, plus training and understanding of proper usage of Artificial Intelligence in schoolwork


  • Further skill development in self-advocacy skills with teachers and parents








TIER 3 (Tier 1 & 2 + TBD amount of hours)


  • Tailor-made age and ability level appropriate curriculum and guidance that focuses on specific needs


  • Continued parent guidance and consultation

High School -> College

Elementary School -> Middle School

High School -> College

  • Identify areas for academic and personal growth with the child


  • Discuss reasons behind struggles with child to validate their feelings


  • Discuss worries and concerns of starting college and/or leaving home, along with plan for Freshman year success


  • Provide written summary and plan to address the roadblocks to academic and personal success





TIER 2 (Tier 1 + 4 additional in-person hours)


  • Confirmation, establishment or adjustment of school materials management, calendar usage, proper AI mastery, and new school's website functionality


  • Executive Functioning self- assessment to analyze Executive Functions within school and home settings, and identify strengths to build off of and weakness to address


  • Facilitate conversation regarding upcoming adult choices and responsibilities in college, including social situations, safe sexual behavior, prescribed medication independence in new environment, awareness of substance use and dependency, and activities of daily living






TIER 3 (Tier 1 & 2 + TBD amount of hours)


  • Tailor-made age and ability level appropriate curriculum and guidance that focuses on specific needs


  • Continued parent guidance and consultation

Summer Programs 2025

Unique Individual and Group Learning Your Child Can ACTUALLY Enjoy Over The Break!!!

Critical thinking, deductive reasoning, and logical processing using real world situations for cognitive growth and personal improvement in situational awareness


  • Group lessons with friends to facilitate proper teamwork and collaboration on school projects for middle and high school students.


  • Play poker and blackjack to learn odds and percentages for better decision making


  • Introduction to game theory for situational analysis for effective cooperative results


  • Fantasy football league instruction and draft preparation for planning and time management under pressure and application of game theory lessons in trades


  • Design and plan your own rock band and tour for project based skills


  • Plan a dream vacation for planning, budgeting , computer, and travel skills


  • Utilize the New York Times Writing Curriculum for seven different writing skills and Critical Thinking Press resources for creative writing practice


  • Design and create your own company logo for planning and practice in completion of school projects and formulate a mission statement for practice in the written components of artistic projects


  • Executive functioning activities and group conversations for demystification and normalization of developmental milestones and struggles navigating teachers and school life


  • Design a program with me, based on your child's or the group's interests, to focus on pre-identified areas for growth
