TIER 1 - 3 hours of in-person services + summary of findings
- Analysis of school and independent reports completed during Elementary School to project current trajectory
- Provide informal assessment of current academic and cognitive skills (critical thinking, deductive reasoning, inferential logic, and logical processing)
- Acknowledge areas of academic and personal strength with the child
- Identify areas for academic and personal growth with the child
- Discuss reasons behind struggles with child to validate their feelings
- Discuss 2-3 year window of Middle School with focus on upcoming academic and behavioral challenges
- Provide written summary and plan to address the roadblocks to academic and personal success
TIER 2 (Tier 1 + 4 additional in-person hours)
- Beginning understanding of school website literacy
- Establishment of a calendar system
- Formulate school material management plan
- Executive Functioning self- assessment to analyze Executive Functions within school and home settings, and identify strengths to build off of and weakness to address
- Introduction to proper usage and potential hazards of Artificial Intelligence in schoolwork
- Beginning self-advocacy skills with teachers and parents
TIER 3 (Tier 1 & 2 + TBD amount of hours)
- Tailor-made age and ability level appropriate curriculum and guidance that focuses on specific needs
- Continued parent guidance and consultation
